The Leeward lobby has a lounge seating group with low-slung black leather chairs. Custom gold-dipped stumps add a luxury, hospitality feeling to the lobby. A sketched map of Seattle is hand drawn onto the concrete wall beyond, giving a crafted quality to the interior design of the leasing nook. Featured artwork on a blue backdrop speaking to the location adjacent to Seattle’s South Lake Union finishes the space.
The Leeward clubroom is a hospitality-inspired apartment amenity with an interior design speaking to global travel. Perfect for watching a TV show or hosting an event with friends in the South Lake Union neighborhood, the feature wall is accented with an eclectic mix of objects and accessories with TVs for lounge viewing.
The Leeward clubroom has a private conference room with curated, current art. Banquette seating, warm wood, and brick walls add to the overall texture and condo-like ambiance of the space. Sliding barn doors allow for privacy of meetings.
The Leeward Yard amenity features an indoor bocce court, ping pong, flexible seating, and a vintage airstream trailer retro-fitted to be a lounge for residents. Faux boxwood along the wall speaks to a fun, backyard space perfect for a large community event in the apartment building.
The 1972 restored Airstream amenity at Leeward offers lounge seating for guests to hang out or host an event. The interior design of the amenities extends to the interior of the Airstream for a fun, unique experience for residents and amenity guests.
