This is the hotel-influenced lobby, where residents can enjoy gathering or find a spot to work from home. The interior design team styled this rich space with items that look like they would be collected from a person’s travels.

The light-filled club room is one of the many resident spaces that have a strong indoor-outdoor connection. It features soft textures and views of the exterior amenities.
The Tinker Room amenity offers residents an option to get creative without having to worry about getting their unit dirty. The space features strong contrast in the design, while still feeling light and thoughtful. The space is punctuated with the yellow neon sign that says “Don’t quit your daydream”, reminding residents of the importance of creativity and craft.
The popular speakeasy is placed behind a secret door and opens up into an amenity few can rival. The deep colors and highly textured space are evocative of both the days of the original speakeasy while feeling authentic to modern day Seattle. The image features a bar that rivals any hotel or restaurant’s hospitality set up. Perfect for entertaining friends or a resident gathering.
This light-filled multifamily apartment unit features warm wood casework accented by refined dark floors, countertop and backsplash. The interior design team worked to make the market-rate finishes feel like a luxury condo. The kitchens are placed at the heart of the apartment and are designed to appeal to a variety of renters for years to come.
